Employees hourly compensation will be based on location and service provided.



  • Janitorial Floor Technician: Open availability and willing to travel starting pay rate $20 hourly and bi-weekly pay. Applicant must have a minimal of 1 year experience providing floor care from stripping waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, power washing, etc. Criminal back round will be required. Location: (PA, NJ, DE, and MD)



  • Janitorial Service Rover: $20 hourly bi-weekly pay 20-40 hours weekly, travel reimbursement, paid vacation, sick time, performance bonus. No criminal record, reliable transportation, must commute in the Tri-State and DMV area, open availability 7 days a week (on call) minimum of 1 year experience, and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.



  • Administrative Assistant:  Work remotely from home 20-40 hours weekly must have a minimal of 1 year experience. Starting pay rate is $20 bi-weekly pay office supplies reimbursement, paid vacation, sick time, performance bonus. Work description consist of the following: Answering Company's calls, replying to emails, organize and schedule appointments/meetings, staffing scheduling, completing any forms as well as signing off on documents that must be submitted that are needed. (Hourly rate is based of responsibility level) 


  • Marketing/Sales: Work remotely from home 20-40 hours weekly must have a minimal of 1 year experience. Starting pay rate is $10 bi-weekly pay plus paid commission, office supplies reimbursement, paid vacation, sick time, performance bonus. Work description consist of the following: Calling potential clients, running social media ads, sending promotion email, distributing physical marketing materials, co-creating designs with the company's graphics and video contractor. 


  • Human Resources: Work remotely from home 20-40 hours weekly must have a minimal of 1 year experience. Starting pay rate is $20 bi-weekly, office supplies reimbursement, paid vacation, sick time, performance bonus. Work description consist of the following: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Handle all documents pertaining to back round checks, drug testing, and payroll services.
